At Wagner Studio we build high quality fine art canvases for sale to other artists as well as for our own use as demonstrated on many works of art in our online galleries .� These canvases are hand made in various shapes to give the art put on them a more unique look than the standard rectangle shapes that are so common in the art world. The frames are stretched with a choice of either linen or cotton duck canvas and double primed with acrylic gesso. The canvases are light, hollow and strong with the canvas material a minimum of 3/8 inch off the frame at the edges for a true drum feel. Custom built decorative framing is not necessary due to the smooth primed canvas wrapped around the sides. The sides come ready to paint the perfect complimentary color or to continue the painting. The side width of the canvas measures approximately one and one half inches.

Custom sizes and shapes made to order are available in sizes up to 48" x 72" inches. Prices vary depending on the complexity if the shape, the overall size and if cotton or linen is used.
